SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders typically get delivered within 1 to 3 weeks after dispatch depending on delivery location, this does not include public holidays.
Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated estimated time frame, there may be circumstances and delays that could result in shipping and delivery postponements (holidays, natural disasters, weather, customs delays etc). For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time for your order. Once we have dispatched your order, we are not to be held responsible for any delays as we cannot control transit or delivery delays, or any unexpected delays that may occur en-route, and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (3 - 5 business days) due to the number of orders we are receiving is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3 - 5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office for dispatch)
Once your order has been processed, and dispatched. An email with your package tracking information will be sent to the email you provided, and tracking for your order will be available on our website. Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to us, once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During a busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Notify us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order, and provided it's within 24 hours and the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we should be able to modify or cancel your order.
Contact us via our Contact Us page or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make, we'll confirm once the modification has been made.
Please note that orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 24 hours as your order might have already been processed.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the order confirmation email, contact us as soon as possible to provide us with the correct information.
Once we process your order we are not able to change the any delivery information, and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.
Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct delivery information, otherwise, the package will not be delivered. We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
CUSTOMS / DUTY FEES
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on back order
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work with multiple warehouse to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
