When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouses within 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
I just place my order, when will I get it?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. After that, the delivery for your order is estimated to be delivered within 12 - 20 business days for the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders, depending on location. (Does not include public holidays)

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that could result in shipping and delivery postponements (holidays, natural disasters, weather, customs delays etc). For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time for your order. Once we have dispatched your order, we are not to be held responsible for any delays as we cannot control transit or delivery delays, or any unexpected delays that may occur en-route, and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances.
Processing time vs shipping time, what's the difference?
Please note that processing time (3 - 5 business days) due to the number of orders we are receiving is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3 - 5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office for dispatch)
Once your order has been processed, and dispatched. An email with your parcel tracking information will be sent to the email you provided, and tracking for your order will be available on our website. Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to us, once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time - in very rare instances, it may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During a busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
Will I received a tracking number for my order?
Yes, we provide tracking for every order. Tracking information will be available to you as soon as it is available to us, once your product is shipped.
For orders containing different products, each individual product may be shipped separately from one of our various international warehouses all over the world in order to get the order delivered to you faster.
When you receive your tracking number, you'll be able to track your order every step of the way, by entering the tracking number on any official parcel tracking website, or by visiting our Order Tracking page.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.
If after placing your order you realise you've made a mistake or no longer want the order, please contact us and provided it's within 24 hours or the order hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.
Contact us via our Contact Us page or via email to email@example.com and make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make, we'll confirm once the modification has been made.
Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
In case of misspelled or auto-filling your address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number via our Contact Us page, or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org to update us with the correct information.
If the delivery address is wrong, we can correct this provided it's within 24 hours.
Please be advised that your delivery address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped.
Once we process your order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for an incorrect or insufficient address.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
We work with various international warehouses all over the world, and your products may be shipped separately so they can get delivered to you faster.
So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they are on the way!
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on back order
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different product or warehouse location (we work with multiple warehouse to bring you the best products at affordable prices)
